Brutal Uniondale Brawl Ends with Two Slashed and Six Arrested in Violent Assault

An altercation on Hempstead Turnpike in Uniondale escalated into a brutal brawl that left one man slashed on the back of his thigh and another with a severe ear injury. The fight, which broke out on Wednesday, June 19th at 4:20 pm, resulted in the arrest of six young men, now facing serious charges.

Nassau Police officers rushed to the scene at 1000 Hempstead Turnpike and found two male victims suffering from knife wounds—one slashed on the back of his left thigh and the other on his right ear.

Suspects, identified as Isaiah Moore, 19, of Uniondale; Devon Moore, 19, of Hempstead; Taiwan Jackson, 23, of Hempstead; Unique Pruitt, 21, of Hempstead; Devon Fenner, 18, of Hempstead; and Zachariah Fulton, 19, of Hempstead, were taken into custody. Each faces charges of Attempted Gang Assault, Assault, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon.

A criminal charge is an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
