The Suffolk County and Southampton Town Police Departments are seeking public assistance in identifying and locating the culprits behind a significant art theft in North Sea near Southampton. Sometime between January 26th and May 29th, about $17,000 worth of artwork was stolen from the Life Storage facility at 59 Mariner Drive.
The stolen items have yet to be recovered, and authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for tips that lead to an arrest. Those with information can submit anonymous tips by calling 1-800-220-TIPS, using the P3 Tips mobile app, or visiting www.P3Tips.com. All communications will be kept confidential.
