A chilling discovery was made in Huntington on Tuesday when police found human remains stuffed inside a suitcase near an apartment building at 320 Nassau Road.
At 11:50 a.m. officers responded to a 911 call about suspicious activity in a wooded area adjacent to the building. Upon arrival, officers made the horrifying discovery of a deceased person concealed in the suitcase.
Authorities have not yet identified the victim, and the cause of death remains unknown. The Suffolk County Medical Examiner’s Office will conduct an autopsy to determine further details.
