CALVERTON, NY – Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Riverhead Town Police detectives are asking the public for help in finding the culprit who stole an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) from a Calverton farm in mid-May.
The theft occurred sometime overnight between May 15th and 16th at Spur of the Moment Farms, located at 451 Edwards Avenue. According to police reports, a Polaris HO500 ATV was stolen from an unlocked barn on the property.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for any information that leads to an arrest in the case. Investigators are asking anyone who may have seen suspicious activity in the area around the farm during that timeframe, or who may have information about the whereabouts of the stolen ATV, to come forward.
