Suffolk County Police arrested two women during a raid at a massage parlor in Huntington Station, following numerous community complaints. The raid took place on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at approximately 4:40 p.m. at Well Spa, located at 905 East Jericho Turnpike.
In response to the complaints, police officers, in conjunction with the Town of Huntington Fire Marshal and Building Department, conducted a thorough investigation into the establishment. During the operation, officers arrested Sha Zou, 49, of Plainview, and Jie Di, 46, of Flushing.
Sha Zou was charged with unauthorized practice of a profession and prostitution. Jie Di faced the same charges. Both women were issued desk appearance tickets and are scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on a later date.
Additionally, the Town of Huntington Fire Marshal and Building Department issued multiple violations to the business, further complicating the legal troubles for Well Spa.
This operation underscores the importance of community vigilance and cooperation with law enforcement to address illicit activities. Authorities continue to urge the public to report suspicious activities to maintain the safety and integrity of their communities.
